Shipping Time
We are pleased to offer fast and reliable shipping options to our customers. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the day of purchase. However, processing times may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered.Usually, the delivery will take around 15-20 business days to arrive.

When your order has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation note will be sent to the email address provided in connection with your purchase.

Please note that expected delivery times may vary depending on product availability for items on sale. Local delays may also occur depending on your country of residence. If an item is out of stock, due to be delivered later than expected, or due to any unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email.

Customs Duties
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

Change delivery address
Please get in touch with customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment.

If an order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes to your provided delivery information. In the event of changes/updates to your address, it would be best to contact the concerned shipping carrier.

Late delivery
In the event of a late delivery, Bion Toy will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays.

Package lost
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, please email support@biontoy.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

Failed Delivery Situation
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.
If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at support@biontoy.com as soon as possible before shipment and provide your order number and correct information.

Due to unforeseen delays or slight delays in providing tracking details in the transportation process of some carriers, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Ensuring your order is delivered as soon as possible is our top priority.
